Packaging – Snacks & Soup Displays (1st Shift)Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay Rate: $14.50 per hourPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to support our snacks and soup display production. In this role, you will efficiently operate packaging lines, ensure product quality, and support team operations while meeting customer specifications and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPackage products into bags, boxes, or totes according to customer specificationsPerform and document quality checks, entering data into the systemRead and communicate product specifications and packaging requirementsAssist with training new associates and cross-training team membersPull product samples and verify mix, labeling, and weight accuracyFollow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and organization around packaging equipment and within the warehousePerform all duties required of a Packaging Operator IIConduct lockout/tagout procedures when clearing jams or performing minor maintenanceMake basic adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality and complianceQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityTeam-oriented with good communication skillsEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.This position is a temp to hire.Please contact Abacus StaffingPhone: 817-406-2100Email: [email protected]
