Back End Software Engineer Python/SDLC/AIWaltham, MAHybridFull Time$180k - $200kJob Description A growing technology organization is seeking a Backend Engineer to join its Platform Engineering and Developer Experience team. This role is focused on improving the software development lifecycle, enhancing developer productivity, and building scalable cloud-native platform solutions used across the engineering organization. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in advancing AI-driven development practices, helping to create a future where intelligent tools assist engineers throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment process. You will work across cloud infrastructure, automation, developer tooling, and platform services to enable teams to build and deliver software more efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in the Waltham, MA area, requiring three days per week onsite.
