Complete Description:

Our client seeks a Technical IT Project Manager to provide technical feedback and coordinating and aligning partner agencies updating system architecture, data warehousing, and key system integrations.

Apply prior experience with large IT modernization efforts to:

Develop and maintain complex Microsoft Project or Agile timebox schedules.

Align timelines and deliverables across partner agencies, stakeholder groups, and technical domains.

Track project milestones and prepare clear progress reports for leadership.

Oversee project scope, risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID) for the technical workstream, and support change management and communications activities as part of the larger program.

Maintain high quality organization of all project documentation and ensure accessibility for project team members.

Participate in PMO, Steering Committee, and technical architecture meetings, documenting outcomes and ensuring follow through on decisions.

Provide comprehensive support to the PMO throughout the full lifecycle of the modernization project.
