You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.Internship responsibilities may include:The Product Lifecycle Intelligence and Investigations team provides ongoing support for a revolving set of active customer concerns – spanning WiFi performance, customer onboarding, integrations, and more. This role will coordinate team practices, maintain consistent reporting standards, and engage routinely with investigation leads to support the team's efforts to improve WiFi and connectivity experiences.Reporting & Synthesis - Consolidate investigation finding and conclusions from investigation leads into clear, standardized summaries for stakeholders and leadership.Tickets & Documentation – Maintain accuracy, completeness, and organization of tickets/tracking systems, ensuring investigation status and ownership are clearly documented and making progress.Cross-Team Coordination – Serve as a point of contact between investigation leads and downstream teams, helping route conclusions toward action and intake.Process Support – Support the team's reporting cadence and standards (templates, formats, recurring updates), identifying opportunities to streamline how findings are tracked and communicated.QualificationsRequired qualificationsMust be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degreeMust have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current programAbility to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the programAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsVerbal and written communicationJira, Service Now, or similarData LiteracyFamiliarity with AI tools
