Security Officer Entry Point Operations

Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and access-related activity in accordance with location procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating with appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including building entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or access concerns.

Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-control records while supporting a professional and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
