Program Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking two Program Managers to join a fortune 500 companies Relay Fleet Tech team and support the growth of an early-stage maintenance marketplace. This marketplace connects small and mid-sized repair shops with carriers that need maintenance and repair services for their fleets.

The product has already proven its end-to-end lifecycle and is positioned for significant growth. The next phase is focused on scaling the supply side of the marketplace by sourcing, onboarding, and managing repair-shop vendors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join a developing product, help establish scalable processes, and take ownership of multiple workstreams in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified repair-shop vendors to expand the maintenance marketplace

Own the vendor funnel from initial sourcing through onboarding

Manage relationships with multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously

Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support vendor onboarding

Track vendor progress, onboarding activity, and key performance metrics

Provide weekly updates on funnel progress, onboarding status, and program performance

Create and manage vendor contracts and related documentation

Partner cross-functionally with Relay Maintenance Managers, Operations, Fleet, Technology, and User Experience teams

Identify opportunities to improve vendor sourcing and reduce onboarding lead time

Help establish processes and standards that enable the marketplace to scale

Proactively identify issues, remove roadblocks, and drive projects forward with limited direction

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of program management, vendor management, operations, sourcing, or related experience

Experience managing vendor relationships and/or a large sourcing funnel

Experience managing multiple vendors, clients, or stakeholders simultaneously

Strong organizational and project management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive, transportation, fleet management, heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, or repair services

Experience sourcing and onboarding vendors or service providers

Experience working in an early-stage or rapidly evolving program

Experience creating SOPs, training materials, or scalable processes

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and independently driving work forward

Strong data and metric-driven approach to program management

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to client.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51.45/hour - $58.31/hour.
