We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.RIVO is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to help accelerate the evolution of our proprietary Loan Management System (LMS), the platform that powers our business and supports hundreds of loans processed every day.We're looking for a builder. Someone who can quickly understand a complex production environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and help modernize the architecture, engineering practices, and development standards that will support our next phase of growth.As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help advance a mission-critical fintech platform while partnering closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $160,000.00 to $220,000.00.
