Job Description

Fitness Coach

As a Fitness Coach, you play a key role in helping members build lasting results and a stronger connection to their health. You deliver high-quality personal and small group training experiences that are engaging, effective, and tailored to each individual. This role goes beyond coaching workouts--you build relationships, create accountability, and take ownership of growing your client base. You'll grow your own book of business, deliver a premium training experience, and see the direct impact of your work through client results and retention. If you're energized by helping others succeed and motivated to build something of your own within a team environment, this is the role for you.

In line with our mission to create a healthier, happier world, we offer comprehensive benefits to help our team members do just that. We offer benefits such as paid time off, medical and dental coverage, 401k with match for qualifying positions, a free gym membership, and discounts on products and personal training. We also have a variety of Employee Resource Groups that you can connect with to participate in community events both in-person and virtually.
