Warehouse Associate - Outbound PickerPay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOvertime: As needed based on business demandsPosition SummaryWe are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support our outbound operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, utilizing RF scanners, and working alongside robotic technology to ensure efficient warehouse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.Utilize RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.Assist with warehouse robotics and support robotic-assisted picking processes.Verify product information and quantities before shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Meet productivity and quality standards.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shiftAbility to frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.Ability to lift and move products as required by the position.Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience preferred but not required.Experience using RF scanners is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Dependable attendance and punctuality required.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Why Join Us?Consistent Monday through Friday scheduleOpportunity for overtimeTeam-oriented work environmentHands-on experience with advanced warehouse robotics technologyApply today and start your career in a dynamic warehouse environment!Pay Details: $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
