What You'll Earn

• Starting pay of $30/hour and up based on experience

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (most days) Overtime available as needed

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
• Complete new system installations, changeouts, ductwork, and related HVAC installation projects
• Perform quality installations while maintaining a clean and professional work environment
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and blueprints
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Jim's Heating & Cooling professionally
• Work with a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What You Need

• Previous residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to continue learning and growing within the HVAC trade
