Job Description:

Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care

Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone

Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently

Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products

Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships

Benefits: Competitive earnings: First-year on-target agents earn $50,000 - $75,000 , Senior agents average $85,000-$125,000 annually

Full-time position with a consistent 35-45 hour workweek (NO PART-TIME HOURS)

Weekly pay AND Uncapped commission pay structure

Requirements: High school diploma; A.A is a plus.

Authorized to work in the US.

Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.

Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
