Full-Time On-Site Maintenance TechnicianBeach Front Property Management is seeking a Full-Time On-Site Maintenance Technician to support a residential community in Gardena, CA. This role includes a rent discount, giving you the opportunity to live on-site in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom unit, making this a strong value position for someone looking to combine work and housing.Your primary assigned property will be Gardena Royale Apartments located at 16201 S. Figueroa St., Gardena, CA 90248. However, due to business needs, you may also be assigned to provide maintenance support and services at other Beach Front Property Management communities, including but not limited to:601 N. East End Ave., Pomona, CA 91767Grand View Tower Apartments, 433 & 437 S. Grand View St., Los Angeles, CA 90057Ross Towers, 1602 N. Ross St., Santa Ana, CA 92706Travel between assigned properties may be required during the course of your employment.
