Sensor Technician Small Parts Soldering Assembler (Aerospace MRO)

Pay: $16$19/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Tulsa, OK


Sensor Technician Small Parts Soldering Assembler (Aerospace MRO) Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
  • Ability to perform fine motor skills and small parts handling
  • Reliable work history with consistent attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Willingness to learn soldering and precision assembly processes
  • Ability to maintain focus on quality and accuracy


Sensor Technician Small Parts Soldering Assembler (Aerospace MRO) Position Summary

  • Perform precision assembly and soldering of small aerospace sensor components
  • Support FAA/EASA Part 145 repair station operations for aircraft probes and sensors
  • Ensure all components meet strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Work in a detail-focused environment with training provided for the right candidate


Sensor Technician Small Parts Soldering Assembler (Aerospace MRO) Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder small electronic and mechanical components
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and specifications
  • Inspect parts for defects before and after assembly
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all assembly work
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Support production goals and meet daily output requirements
  • Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as needed
  • Work closely with team members to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Sensor Technician Small Parts Soldering Assembler (Aerospace MRO) Additional Qualifications

  • Prior soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred
  • Experience in aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions
  • Stable job history and dependable attendance record
  • Interest in aerospace or technical manufacturing career growth
