Job Description
Perform routine inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
Collect samples and conduct laboratory analyses according to established procedures.
Document test results and maintain accurate quality records.
Verify compliance with product specifications, GMPs, and food safety requirements.
Identify, report, and assist in investigating quality deviations and non-conformances.
Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and quality documentation.
Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
