Job Description

Micron Technology’s Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) HBM Architecture team is seeking an intern to evaluate HBM clocking architectures, PLL performance, and timing behavior. You will apply analytical modeling and AI-assisted workflows to improve design exploration and productivity with experienced engineers.

The role involves analyzing clock distribution, benchmarking architectures, and contributing to data-driven recommendations while pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
