About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solutioning. The ideal candidate will bring strong solution architecture experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience with AI, Data Engineering, and BI tools is preferred; at minimum, a solid conceptual understanding of these areas is required. Oil & Gas domain knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture and solutioning efforts across AI, Data Engineering, and BI initiatives.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, effective solutions.

Drive technical solutioning during client discussions, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.

Ensure solutions align with best practices in scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and delivery teams.

Stay current with emerging trends in AI, Data Engineering, and BI, recommending adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in solution architecture.

Strong solutioning experience able to design and drive solutions from concept to delivery.

Experience working with AI, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence tools/technologies preferred; at minimum, good conceptual understanding of these areas is required.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, business leaders, and technical teams.

Ability to lead client-facing discussions and pre-sales solutioning conversations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
