Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help develop and scale enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities across a rapidly growing organization. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, build reporting solutions, and drive informed decision-making across key functions including Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and broader Enterprise Analytics.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, enjoys solving complex problems, and can effectively partner with stakeholders to build end-to-end data solutions that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Develop Analytics & Reporting Solutions

Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical products that support critical business decisions.

Deliver actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and business performance.

Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Support recurring executive reporting and ad hoc analytical requests.

Data Quality & Validation

Implement validation frameworks and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Monitor data integrity across reporting and analytics solutions.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and process gaps.

Analytics & Business Insights

Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer key business questions.

Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data exploration and analysis.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, transformations, business logic, definitions, and reporting processes.

Support data governance standards and best practices.

Contribute to the development of scalable analytics processes and reporting infrastructure.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance, Risk, and other business teams.

Serve as a trusted partner in helping stakeholders leverage data effectively.

Translate complex technical concepts into language understandable to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and solving business problems using data.

Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or similar BI tools.

Hands-on experience with Databricks.

Experience using dbt for data transformation and modeling.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred

Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, Asset Management, Consulting, or other highly regulated industries.

Experience supporting enterprise reporting environments.

Exposure to HR, Finance, Compliance, or Risk analytics.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Experience with data quality frameworks and data governance practices. xsgimln
