Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Systems EngineerRazor is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide senior-level systems engineering and technical leadership for complex, mission-critical U.S. Government systems. This role will lead and support requirements analysis, architecture, system design, integration, verification, and technical decision-making across the complete system lifecycle.Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Qualifying systems engineering experience may be substituted for the degree requirement where permitted.Clearance Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance required for classified assignments. A full-scope polygraph may be required depending on the specific assignment and access requirements.Responsibilities:Lead systems engineering activities throughout the system lifecycleAnalyze, define, and manage complex system requirementsGuide system architecture, design, development, integration, and testing activitiesAnalyze user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architecturesDevelop systems engineering plans, processes, and technical documentationLead or support system integration, verification, validation, and deploymentPerform complex system-level analysis and develop technical solutionsEvaluate system designs and performance against mission and technical requirementsDefine and analyze interfaces across hardware, software, network, and other system componentsIdentify technical risks and develop mitigation strategiesParticipate in and support technical reviews and engineering decision-makingCoordinate activities across multidisciplinary engineering teamsProvide technical guidance to engineering teams and Government stakeholdersSupport resolution of complex technical and system integration issuesQualifications:Extensive systems engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexityAdvanced knowledge of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processesExperience leading requirements analysis, management, and traceability activitiesExperience supporting complex system architecture and designAdvanced system integration, verification, and validation experienceAbility to analyze and resolve complex system-level engineering problemsExperience coordinating engineering activities across multiple technical disciplinesStrong technical leadership, analytical, documentation, and communication skillsDesired Skills:Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community systemsExperience with complex system-of-systems architecturesExperience with systems modeling and requirements management toolsFamiliarity with Agile and model-based systems engineering approachesExperience supporting highly classified environmentsTechnical leadership or engineering lead experienceEmployer Information: Razor is an EEO Employer.
