Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechMaintenance Tech Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a skilled Maintenance Tech, to complete troubleshooting and repair of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic welding equipment. This position will support the manufacturing operations by performing preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs as needed. This is a Weekend Position; Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 5:00pm.What you will be doing:Replacement of bearings and bearing assembliesRepair and replacement of mechanical assembliesRepair and Rebuilding of equipmentInstallation of gearboxesMust complete work orders via CMMS software and maintenance utilization of 80%Drive shaft rebuildingTroubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumaticsWelding of damaged equipment and fabrication of equipmentMust adhere to all lock out tag out proceduresThe skills and experience you need:Education: Technical training and certification preferredExperience: PM tech level 2 experience plus the following:Experience in troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic assemblies.Experience in troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic assemblies.Experience troubleshooting bearingsExperience troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical circuitsMust be able to operate CMMS software and fill out work ordersOther: Must maintain punctual and reliable attendanceMust complete all tasks in a professional mannerAbility to operate specialized and basic hand tools.Must be able to use bearing pullers, bearing heater, press.Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.Ability to be a contributing and collaborative team member.Must have own tools including sockets and wrenches up to 1" and 25mm.This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
