Job Description

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description Ben Hardy & Co. is a construction company specializing in high-quality building and renovation projects. We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to support our field crews with day-to-day construction activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can work safely and effectively on active job sites.

Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with general construction tasks

Load, unload, and move materials and equipment

Prepare and clean job sites

Operate basic hand and power tools safely

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Driver's license and reliable transportation

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Prior construction experience is preferred but not required

Schedule 8am - 4:30pm

Monday to Friday
