Position Title: Day Porter

Location: Sacramento, CA 95814

Duration: 3-6 months

Pay Rate: $17.65/hr. on W2

Work Schedule: Work hours are a 9/8/80 schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, and Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with the office closed every other Friday (80 hours every two weeks).

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Performs overall upkeep of the grounds including but not limited to removing trash from the grounds, gathering and emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning sidewalks, parking lots, and carports.
• Ensuring all areas are clean (i.e. by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming).
• Cleaning graffiti.
• Cleaning of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and trash areas (trash rooms and trash enclosures), parking lots and other community areas.
• Removes trash from community perimeter on a daily basis.
• Prepares property trash for city pick-up.
• Maintaining curb appeal.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Show a track record of reliability in their work history.
• Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
• Work on their feet for the duration of their shift and lift and bend (lifting up to 25 lbs).
• Must have a valid CA Driver's License
