MS SQL DBA

Job Description

Purple DriveA minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in IT MSSQL Database Domain (On Prem and cloud) with proven experience in Database Operations.Strong proficiency in MSSQL database management with 2019 and 2022 versions of MSSQLSolid understanding on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MSSQL server, specifically Always ON Availability Groups, Replication, Clustering.Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.Test and validate backups to guarantee recoverability in case of failures with DR experienceKnowledge of Cloud services, preferably Azure and AWSProficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.Experience in designing and automating repetitive processes to streamline service and ensure consistency.Good hands-on PowerShell scripting and automationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication, decision-making, prioritization, negotiation, collaboration and project management abilities
