Responsibilities You'll Own:

As a Senior Construction Estimator, youll be at the core of the companys project planning and execution, managing multimillion-dollar projects with precision, and contributing to their continued success.

Full-Cycle Estimation: Manage project estimates for large tilt-up construction projects, overseeing everything from initial budgeting to final forecast.

Client Engagement: Attend client-facing meetings to align project scope, budget, and expectations, building relationships based on trust and expertise.

Budget Management: Oversee multiple project budgets, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and proactive adjustments as needed.

Code Compliance Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, and AZ building codes to ensure compliance and streamline project planning.

Data Proficiency: Use your expertise in spreadsheets and budgeting software to manage, forecast, and communicate project costs effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with a proven history in high-budget projects who is as comfortable with clients as they are with numbers.

Extensive Tilt-Up Project Experience: 5+ years of experience in estimating multimillion-dollar tilt-up projects for a general contractor.

Code Expertise: Knowledgeable in building codes across several Western U.S. states, including CA, WA, OR, ID, MT, NV, and AZ.

Client Interaction Skills: Comfortable in client-facing settings, ready to discuss project scopes, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: High proficiency in spreadsheets for budget management and forecasting.

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
