Student Organizations Student Associate (Work Study) Hiring Department: Office of the Dean of Students Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 15 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Earliest Start Date: Aug 15, 2025 Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until May 15, 2026 Location: UT MAIN CAMPUS Job Details: The Student Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for student organizations, providing accurate information and answering questions about student organization services and resources. Based in the Student Organization Center (SOC), this hands-on, student-facing role supports student organizations through workshops, consultations, and daily operations. Communication will take place in person, over email, and by phone with members of the Longhorn community.
