Education Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Experience Requirements 1+ year of warehouse lead, warehouse supervisor, or team lead experience. 1+ year of recent Raymond forklift operation experience. Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, order picking, shipping, receiving, and product staging. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management or ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications Experience using RF scanners, barcode systems, and Sage ERP software. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety practices, and hazardous materials handling. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train employees, coordinate workloads, and drive team productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. regularly. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and material handling throughout the shift. Comfortable working around forklifts, trucks, warehouse equipment, chemicals, fumes, outdoor conditions, and varying noise levels. Must wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.

Job Duties Lead, train, and support night-shift warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals. Conduct pre-shift meetings, assign daily workloads, and monitor team performance. Pull, stage, verify, load, and unload customer orders and delivery trucks accurately and on time. Manage pick tickets, route schedules, inventory transactions, and warehouse records using Sage ERP. Perform cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock levels. Review employee timecards and time-off requests. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, drum pickers, shrink wrappers, pumps, hoses, and other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, SOPs, and company policies. Report safety concerns, inventory issues, and operational challenges to management.
