Warehouse AssociateWe are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our energetic and hardworking team. The primary function of this position is to be an integral part of our fulfillment team, responsible for quickly and accurately picking orders and packing orders.Responsibilities:Packing merchandise manuallyPicking merchandise manually; may require using ladders to reach items on shelvesCount/inspect all items before they are picked or packedCommunicate with Warehouse Team Leads about orders that you need assistance withEnsure that all items are packed in the correct manner and with the correct packing materialsEnsure that all items are picked correctlyAdd any necessary ads or flyers as well as the invoice into every packageMust meet daily quotaRestock and keep workstation organizedCleaning warehouse area as neededAssist with outbound (shipments, palletizing, wrapping pallets, etc.)Requirements:English communication skills – RequiredBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) - RequiredPossess the ability to multi-task while ensuring the highest levels of accuracyDemonstrate initiative, perseverance, and efficiency on a daily basisHave a positive attitude with co-workers, customers, and surrounding teamAble to stand, bend, reach, and carry/lift boxes up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8-hour shiftAble to work in a warehouse environment (not climate control)Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 730am – 4pm (occasional Saturdays when needed)Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
