Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager , you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

Job Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Onsite in San Jose Pay Range: $60/hr W2 What's the Job? Lead and manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception through successful delivery.

Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and execution roadmaps to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Track and communicate program status, key milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.

Proactively identify potential program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines.

Facilitate collaboration among engineering, product management, operations, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution and decision-making.

What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

7+ years of experience managing large-scale, enterprise technology programs with a proven track record of success.

Strong expertise in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid program management environments, with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
