Software EngineerEngineering is responsible for diagnostic software, procedures, and feedback systems that keep products running. We are hiring a Software Engineer who will own the front door to diagnostics. You have a strong software development skillset and the personality to treat every diagnostic escalation from production or service as your problem until it is understood, mitigated, and either fixed or cleanly handed to the right owner. You will not bounce tickets.
