Align Talent Partners is partnering with an ENR Top 400 General Contractor to identify an experienced Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager with a background in Healthcare Construction for its growing Nashville team ( relocation considered ).
This is an opportunity to join a family-owned, regional General Contractor that's been in business for over 50 years and is consistently ranked among the ENR Top 400 contractors. They have an excellent reputation and a diverse portfolio that includes Healthcare, Multifamily, Education, Commercial, and other sectors.
Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life cycle
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience with ground up Healthcare construction projects
Strong organizational and project management skills
A proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
The ability to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
