Warehouse Associate - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading manufacturing and packaging company in New Albany. This role involves managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

* Saturday-Sunday + up to 3 additional days of your choosing

* 6:30 AM - 2:50 PM

Pay rates

* 14.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate

* Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Skills requirements for Warehouse Associate

* Familiarity with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking

* Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule

* Dependable transportation to and from the job site

* Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions

* Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for Warehouse Associate

* Physically unload freight from containers and trailers

* Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution specifications

* Receive freight and identify case packs and pallet patterns

* Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

* Maintain an organized and accurate stock area
