Now Hiring: CDL Operators (Full-Time)AIMS Companies – Mining Division | Phoenix, AZ and Surrounding AreasAIMS Companies is seeking motivated, dependable, and safety-focused CDL Operators to join our Mining Division in Arizona. This is a full-time position supporting mining operations throughout Phoenix and the surrounding areas.As a CDL Operator you will be responsible for operating and properly maintaining vacuum and hydro excavation trucks throughout the course of the job.Why AIMS CompaniesOver 600 employees and 600+ pieces of equipment nationwide18 facilities serving 4,000+ customersStrong reputation for safety, training, and operational excellenceOpportunities for advancement and skill developmentEssential Job DutiesOperating hydro excavation trucks to perform potholing, trenching, tunneling, locating utility lines, subsurface utility engineering and cleaning tasksManage water pressure of 3000psiCompleting paperwork, forms, enter service tickets and records as neededFollow all company and MSHA mandated safety policies and proceduresFollow local and federal DOT Regulations while assisting in the operation of machinery and vehiclesGood communication with other employees and customers.Regular Attendance as part of a 2-man crewMust be willing to travelMinimum QualificationsMust have a Class A or B CDL with a Tanker endorsementMinimum 21 years oldAbility to communicate in English both verbally and in writingMust pass pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be authorized to work in the United States.Possess CPR and First Aid TrainingPreferred QualificationsExperience with confined space entry.Knowledge of hydrovac operations, sewer line cleaning, or industrial services.Construction or mining safety experience.Strong customer service and communication skills.Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Work EnvironmentThis position is performed primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements. Employees may be exposed to chemicals, industrial equipment, dust, and other workplace hazards.The position requires the ability to:Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other safety gear.Stand, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, and sit for extended periods.Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.Travel to job sites during the workweek, with occasional overnight travel depending on project requirements.Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, and voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance after 90 days.7 paid Holidays.40 hours vacation pay after 1 year; 80 hours after 2 years.Sick pay according to state laws401(k) eligible with up to 50% company match on the first 6% after 1 year.* Per Diem is available to all employees regardless of employment classification (full-time, part-time, or temporary employees).
