Configuration Management Analyst

Develop and track configuration documentation, data, and software for technical products, services, and processes

Ensure configuration items are properly stored and controlled throughout their lifecycle

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information

Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation and timely delivery to the government customer

Utilize configuration management tools and systems to track and control configuration items throughout the development lifecycle

Maintain records and documentation of configuration item status and history

Track changes, updates, and releases, and keep the internal configuration management database up to date

Monitor and audit configuration changes for compliance with established processes and procedures

Support development teams with configuration management-related tasks and inquiries

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance configuration management efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science or a related field

Five (5) years experience working directly as a CM of a Team

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date configuration documentation

Understanding of configuration management principles and concepts, including creating and maintaining bills of material (BOMs) and/or baselines (BLs)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely

Must have the ability to obtain SECRET clearance; active SECRET or above preferred

Familiarity with SharePoint platform is a plus
