Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal operations. This role focuses on managing orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience, along with strong communication skills.

Location: New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries; coordinating closely with internal teams to manage order flow and timelines; maintaining accurate records of orders, communications, and updates; tracking requests and proactively following up to ensure completion; providing product and process information to clients; and supporting day‑to‑day operational needs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; professionalism and customer‑facing confidence in a non‑call center setting; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; adaptability within a hands‑on, leadership‑visible environment; and comfort working in a production‑adjacent setting.
