Java Lead / Senior Java DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Java Lead / Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on development experience to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java application development, enterprise applications, and leading technical initiatives while continuing to contribute significantly to coding and development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support to the team.Develop scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications using Java and related technologies.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective technical solutions.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.Mentor junior and mid-level developers.Ensure application quality, performance, security, and reliability.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot.Experience developing RESTful APIs / Microservices.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience with application development, debugging, and performance tuning.Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment while taking technical ownership.
