Job Description

Pankow seeks an Intern Engineer in Oakland, CA to support field operations and translate construction documents into buildable plans. You will work under supervision to coordinate with the Project Engineer and Superintendent, ensuring conformance to documents and timely execution.

You will help develop look-ahead schedules using Lean tools, coordinate subcontractors, track quantities, and maintain site records. This internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic construction environment.
