Job Description

HORIBA Semiconductor's proprietary analysis technology is fully demonstrated in a wide range of fields - semiconductors, medicine, environment, science and engine measurements. In high-tech industries like semiconductor manufacturing, HORIBA provides an extensive selection of process monitors for integration into manufacturing lines that aid the safe production of high performance devices.

Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Quality Technician in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities include:

Under the general supervision of the Production Manager tests and evaluates instrumentation to verify that they meet published and approved specifications

Perform inspection services for the qualification of product

Assist Cleanroom Operations in overall adherence to ISO Quality Standards

Skills and Knowledge: High School Diploma

Minimum of 2 years of experience as Quality Control Technician

Ability to use measuring tools and perform hand set-up required

Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Office.
