Alumni Hall Customer Service RepReports To: Store ManagementStatus: Part-TimeResponsibilities:Greet and acknowledge all customersAssist customers with locating merchandiseFold, size, and replenish merchandiseAssist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting roomsAssist in merchandise displaysCommunicate with the management staff any customer requests/concernsOperate the cash register by ringing up customer salesAssist in completion of customer returns & adhering to the company policyAssist brand reps in customer service & the Checkout Experience (email capture, following return policy, etc.)Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activitiesQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderMust be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.Disclaimer: This job description is not an employment agreement or contract.
