Medical Device Assembler

Responsibilities

• Assemble catheters using small hand tools such as tweezers and razors.
• Adhere to all company Quality Policies and Systems.
• Maintain accurate records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and adhere to GMP/GDP policies.
• Process small parts under a microscope and flexibly rotate to other stations as necessary.
• Operate machines for balloon blowing and work with plastic tubing and guidewires/sheath to align and layer under the microscope.
• Perform UV curing and hot box operations.
• Work on packaging line, including working with ovens and fridges to make hydrogel, and package in plastic packaging while adding hydrogel into catheter.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clara, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
