Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, HMIs, VFD drives, and robotic automation systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, instrumentation, and sensors across automated production lines.
Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and integration of new equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for automation and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and FDA manufacturing regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve automation issues.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
Technical training, certification, or degree in Electrical Technology, Automation, Controls Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
Technical Requirements
Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
Experience with instrumentation, electrical schematics, and motion control systems.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation equipment and electrical systems.
Knowledge of industrial automation components such as HMIs, VFDs, and sensors.
Additional Preferred Experience
Exposure to Beckhoff controls, Fanuc robotics, or vision systems.
Other Requirements
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused manufacturing environment.

3rd shift M- F 10:00PM – 6:00AM
