Job Description

Job OpportunityThis is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of mechanical/controls estimating or sales experience who enjoys working directly with customers, developing estimates, and helping win projects.ResponsibilitiesManage bid opportunities from initial review through proposal, including takeoffs, RFIs, scopes, and estimatingReview plans, specifications, equipment schedules, and project documents to develop accurate system takeoffsBuild relationships with general contractors, mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and end users through meetings, job walks, and proactive communicationEvaluate subcontractor pricing and develop competitive bid strategies based on project requirements, relationships, and market conditionsRequired Skills3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical construction, controls, estimating, service sales, or a related fieldStrong ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction and cold callingProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with a collaborative and team-oriented approachBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance options401(k) retirement plan plus an employee ownership opportunityPaid holidays and PTOLong-term career growth with an established, team-focused organization that values its employees and promotes from within
