As a Series C funded organization, they are committed to building exceptional products that enhance user experiences and drive business success.What You Will DoArchitect and develop full-stack web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features from conception to launch.Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the engineering team.Ensure code quality through testing and best practices, creating maintainable and scalable systems.Contribute to system design discussions, leveraging your experience to improve architecture and performance.Engage with product and design teams to incorporate user feedback into product iterations.Participate in hiring processes, identifying and referring top talent to join the team.Ideal Candidate Background8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.Proficient in TypeScript, with deep expertise in both frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js, MongoDB) technologies.Proven track record of building and shipping products from 0 to 1 in a startup or scale-up environment.Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers, contributing to team growth and success.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions and trade-offs effectively.PreferredFamiliarity with additional frontend frameworks such as Vue.Experience working in the ecommerce or marketing technology sectors.A history of continuous improvement initiatives within engineering practices and team culture.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $190K to $240K, accompanied by a generous pre-IPO equity package.
