Position Type : Hourly, Part Time

The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Mornings 3:30am to 11:30am

Position Overview

Fairfield Enfield, Connecticut is looking for Breakfast Host (Part Time) responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests during breakfast service, ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well maintained. The role assists with guest seating, buffet setup and replenishment, and provides friendly, attentive service throughout the breakfast period.

Job Responsibilities

• Assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter.
• Ensuring the breakfast service space always remains well-stocked
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers’ tables
• Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensuring a wonderful experience from beginning to end while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in a high-volume service area.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate.
• Ensures all communication containing Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations.
• Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.
