Job Description

Role Description: The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Hope, MN. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, checking accuracy against purchase orders, and unloading products safely. Day-to-day tasks include packing and preparing orders for shipment, labeling and organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, orderly warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate will operate equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks as needed, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with customer service, leads and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Shipping & Receiving skills, including verifying orders and preparing documentation.
  • Candidates should possess Packing skills, with attention to detail in labeling, wrapping, and preparing items for domestic and international shipments.
  • Candidates should possess Unloading skills, including safely handling and organizing incoming products.
  • Forklift Certification (preferred) and Pallet Jack skills.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include the ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 pounds), basic computer skills for inventory systems, reliability in attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential.

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr (Based on experience)
