What You'll Be Doing

Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning activities

Develop project-level, client-level, and product-level profitability models

Manage cost-plus and fixed-price contract financial modeling, including scope changes and change orders

Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams on demand and capacity planning

Oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, inventory accounting, and customer fee management

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes within SAP FI, CO, and PS modules

Manage cash flow activities and approved payment processes

Support internal and external audits while maintaining financial controls and compliance

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Approximately 5+ years of finance experience within a CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Strong SAP expertise, including S/4HANA, FI, CO, PS, material ledger, costing, and variance analysis

Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
