We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help manage, track, and resolve inventory issues across our operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and enjoys figuring out why things don't match and fixing it.

What You'll Do Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory

Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy

Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery

Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity

Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports

Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly

Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders

Follow all company procedures and compliance standards

QualificationsWhat You Bring 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or data-related experience

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems

Background in medical device or healthcare industry

Requirements Valid driver's license in good standing

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
