Job Description

Customer Service Representatives needed part time on a corporate campus in Menlo Park, CA.

$25/hour

Complimentary onsite meals and snacks

Part time shifts 3 PM-7 PM (Monday-Friday)

CA drivers license required with clean driving record

No visible tattoos or piercings

Responsibilities:

Greeting and providing assistance to employees and visitors arriving on campus
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills.

Previous Experience:

The ideal candidate is someone who has previous hospitality or customer service experience and is looking to reenter the workforce or supplement their income in a part time capacity.

Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Physical requirements of position include 85% standing and 15% walking
