Job Description

Full-stack product engineering role building AI-assisted dental staffing workflows and operational software for Teero's Austin team.

What you'll do
  • Build product features for staffing, marketplace, and operational workflows.
  • Work across frontend, backend, and automation details that improve day-to-day user operations.
  • Collaborate with a small team on reliability, usability, and fast iteration.
Requirements
  • Full-stack product engineering experience in production software.
  • Comfort with operational workflows, marketplace dynamics, or workflow automation.
  • Interest in using AI-assisted product patterns where they create practical leverage.
  • Foundational engineering role at US headquarters
  • Product ownership with fast user feedback loops
