Enjoy industry-leading benefits—including 90% employer-paid Medical & Dental, 100% employer-paid Vision, Life & STD, a 4% retirement match, and generous PTO—all while making a meaningful impact in your community.What You'll Do:• Responsible for the timely completion of all maintenance service requests and regular maintenance as assigned - may include painting, appliance repairs, replacing or repairing flooring, replace window coverings, cleaning, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, minor electrical• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled• Grounds work - may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping• Cleaning - may include common areas, lobby restrooms, and trash removal• Responsible for alerting Community Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur• Special projects and other responsibilities as assignedWhat You Bring:• Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.• Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.• Ability to take care of the customers' needs while following company procedures.• Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.• Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.If you're a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a service-focused environment, we want to meet you!
