Executive Assistant Management Audit and Global Product & Labor Standards

This role sits in Glendale, CA and the person is required to be in the office, 4 days/ week.

About the Role & Team

The Executive Assistant will provide primary administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Management Audit and Global Product & Labor Standards at The Walt Disney Company, while also providing additional administrative support to an additional Vice President.

This role offers broad exposure to the enterprise through its partnership with the following corporate teams:

• The Corporate Management Audit team is responsible for developing and executing a worldwide, risk-based internal audit plan for the Company, as well as monitoring and assessing the risks associated with the Company's internal control environment, including as it relates to the Company's strategic objectives and growth plans.
• The Global Product & Labor Standards team is responsible for managing the global, enterprise-wide Company supply chain compliance programs in support of the Company's commitment to ethical and responsible sourcing: the Product Integrity Program and the International Labor Standards Program.

The team is global in scope, consisting of teams that span across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. Given the international footprint, the Executive Assistant must be comfortable supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones and navigating a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

What You Will Do

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across the enterprise while partnering closely with senior executives and teams across the Company. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the SVP, helping maximize executive effectiveness through proactive calendar management, confidential communications support, travel coordination, meeting and event logistics, and operational support.

• Provide primary administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Management Audit and Global Product & Labor Standards, while providing support to an additional Vice President.
• Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize competing demands, coordinate meetings across a global organization, and proactively protect executive time.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the executive by anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and helping drive overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting and related documentation.
• Handle highly confidential communications, reports, and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion and accuracy.
• Plan and execute meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, catering, presentation materials, and technology support.
• Support team operations, including facilities coordination, invoice processing, and other administrative activities that contribute to a productive workplace.
• Coordinate logistics for team events, training programs, leadership meetings, town halls, and special projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the company to facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and effective executive support.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least five (5) years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise managing highly complex executive calendars with significant scheduling volume and competing priorities.
• Experience supporting senior-level leaders and interacting regularly with executive offices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across a large organization.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Experience supporting meetings, events, and executive presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Comfort supporting a global organization and working across multiple time zones.
• Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to executive excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of enterprise Disney processes, structure, and practices
• Working knowledge of programs such as SAP, COUPA, Airtable, Concur, Loop, and AI platforms
• Administrative experience in a corporate environment with proven success interacting, partnering, and networking with all levels of management, including executives (directors and vice presidents) in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $79,400.00 to $106,400.00 per year based on a 40- hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
