Senior Salesforce DeveloperWe are looking for an energetic Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team on site, at our Coconut Creek offices. You'll assist with the migration from Suite CRM to Salesforce and then be responsible for assisting in the ongoing customization, maintenance, development and monitoring of our Salesforce org.Role and Responsibilities:Pair with lead developer on Salesforce-related custom development workBuild out new and refine existing systems integrationsAssist in documenting rules, configuration settings and user permissions changes, additions and deletionsDocument and maintain business requirements and workflowsManage custom development deliverables within our Salesforce.com orgAssist in the daily operational readiness of our Salesforce.com orgRequired Skills and Experience:At least 5 years of Salesforce Development experience requiredExpertise in APEX, Visualforce & Lightning requiredExperience with an OO programming language preferred (Java, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, Javascript, etc..)Solid skills in the following: CSS, HTML, jQuerySalesforce certification preferredExperience working in Agile methodology preferredGithub familiarity and Basic Git Principles knowledge preferredExperience with Salesforce Release Management best practicesStrong oral and written communication skillsDetail-focused, accountable and willing to take on the challenge of supporting great tools used by high-powered, fast-paced teamsPlay well with others – you'll be collaborating directly with several key stakeholders and many different teamsExperience in working with multiple system admins managing one SFDC org is a plusExperience in researching and documenting possible solutions to business needs and clearly explaining trade-offs and potential return on investment for different optionsDemonstrated problem solving aptitude, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutionsUnderstanding and appreciation for working in an agile / scrum environmentExcellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasksExperience and passion for identifying ways to do things better and a sense of ownership that leads to the creation and implementation of new better methods and practices
